Mary Kay Evans is a Social Worker who founded Care Pathways in 1999. She saw the need for giving seniors and their family’s more than just information. The stories she writes about has provided hope, compassion, and sensitivity to the lives she has been blessed to serve. “It has been an honor to be a part of the lives that have touched mine.  After 23 years in social work she stepped out of her office and into the world of mobile care for seniors and families and has never looked back. Just as physics had to give way to quantum mechanics in order to explain the growingly complex ways of our universe, traditional models of healthcare needed to give way to a more flexible, responsive and a genuine way of connecting with seniors and families.
